I am a Certified Yoga Therapist (CIAYT) with over 18 years of experience in teaching yoga, meditation, and therapeutic practices. My work focuses on supporting individuals through a personalised and holistic approach to health and wellbeing.

My Journey:

My journey with yoga began over 18 years ago — a path that started as a personal exploration and evolved into a lifelong commitment to holistic healing. In 2015, my focus deepened toward Yoga Therapy, where I discovered how profoundly the practice can transform not just the body, but the mind and spirit.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of guiding individuals through physical, emotional, and lifestyle challenges — from chronic pain and postural issues to stress, hormonal balance, and inner stillness. My approach integrates traditional yogic wisdom with modern therapeutic understanding, helping clients rediscover equilibrium through personalized Yoga Therapy and Meditation.

As one of the few Certified Yoga Therapists (C-IAYT) in Singapore, I have completed over 1,000 hours of advanced training in yoga therapy and meditation, supported by continuous research and practice. My co-authored publication in Osteoporosis International reflects my dedication to bringing evidence-based yoga therapy into the field of integrative health.

Through Mind Body Symphony, I now offer a space for transformation — where yoga therapy, meditation, breathwork, and self-awareness come together to harmonize the body, mind, and spirit.
